Heating System - Explained Simply:
The Sanremo CUBE A R uses a heat exchange (HX) boiler system, which allows you to brew espresso and steam milk at the same time using a single boiler.
Because brewing water is heated within a shared system, a brief cooling flush before brewing helps stabilize extraction temperature. This becomes part of the normal workflow and takes only seconds once familiar.
