Heating System - Explained Simply:

The Appartamento uses a heat exchange (HX) boiler system, which allows you to brew espresso and steam milk at the same time using a single boiler.

Because brewing water is heated within a shared system, a brief cooling flush before brewing helps stabilize extraction temperature. This becomes part of the normal workflow and once familiar, takes only seconds to complete.

Pump Type – Explained Simply:

This machine uses a vibration pump, which draws water from the internal reservoir and produces a brief mechanical hum during brewing.

Vibration pumps are compact, reliable, and commonly used in high-quality home espresso machines. They are well suited for kitchen counter use and deliver consistent pressure for home espresso preparation.
