The Sanremo YOU uses a dual boiler system, meaning it has separate boilers for brewing espresso and steaming milk.
Because each function is heated independently, you can brew and steam at the same time with greater temperature stability and control. Brew temperature can be adjusted precisely without affecting steam performance, allowing you to fine-tune extraction for different roast profiles.
In addition, the YOU includes adjustable pressure profiling, giving you control over extraction pressure throughout the shot.
