Heating System - Explained Simply:

The Giotto Fast R uses a heat exchange (HX) boiler system, allowing you to brew espresso and steam milk simultaneously.

With the addition of PID temperature control, you’re able to manage brew temperature more precisely and consistently than traditional pressurestat-based systems.

Pump Type – Explained Simply:

This machine uses a rotary pump, which operates more quietly than vibration pump systems and delivers smooth, consistent pressure during extraction.

Rotary pump machines can run from an internal reservoir or be plumbed directly into a water line. They are designed for durability, quieter operation, and a more permanent installation if desired.

Giotto Fast R vs Mozzafiato Fast R - What's the Difference? 

The Giotto Fast R and Mozzafiato Fast R share identical internal components and performance.  The difference is aesthetic.

• Giotto – Angled side panels that taper inward toward the top.  Slightly more sculpted, slightly more dynamic.
