APAX LAB JAMM [2]
JAMM [2] has been formulated to enhance the richness and depth of your coffee and will accentuate the lingering sweetness and creamy mouthfeel of your brew. It magnifies the role of calcium and bicarbonate.
Our mineral concentrates are made of demineralized water and analytical reagent grade minerals (AR), ensuring very high levels of purity.
Taste profile: rich | sweet | creamy.
Composition: water, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate.
Bottle size: 100mL for approximately 150 brews
How to use: Shake the bottle thoroughly before use. Add 3 to 4g/L of mineral concentrate in your brew water, or add directly 1 to 10 drops into your coffee.
Signs your coffee may need JAMM [2]: a lack of sweetness, thin mouthfeel, and overpowering acidity or bitterness.
